Poem - Is it me or is it you?

Is it me or is it you?

Is it me or is it you?
cause every time I think of you
I am reminded of the constant fear
you bring when living with me
My heart skips a pebble thrown
into the river to see it’s distance
But for me it’s not about the
distance but when my heart skips
and I see myself re - living with you again
Even though I live with you
I know I’ll conquer this fear through a man
called Alpha and Omega, King of Kings, Lord of Lords
It says in your word that we are free
by the word of your testimony
So today I stand bold and say that I am free
Like I asked myself at the beginning
Is it me or is it you?
I answer myself and say it’s you cause you’re nothing but a 3 letter word by society
